Assessment Options
Joint or Parallel Assessments
It is possible to arrange an assessment, which incorporates more than one Standard or Model. Many Quality Centres offer the opportunity of conducting an assessment on an 'external' Standard or Model at the same time as the Investors in People assessment such as LEXCEL, ISO and Charter Mark.

- A Joint Assessment is when one Assessor conducts multiple assessments on an organisation at the same time

- A Parallel Assessment is when multiple Assessors enter the organisation at the same time to conduct separate assessments

Please contact your local Quality Centre to discuss the options available to your organisation.

Internal Review
Internal Review was formally introduced in 2002 as an option for Post-Recognition Review. It can only be undertaken by Recognised companies, irrespective of size or complexity.

Anyone who makes a significant contribution towards the aims and objectives of the organisation, its parent or subsidiary can be trained to carry out the Internal Review process and perform the role of Internal Reviewer. The role involves gathering Investors in People evidence during an assessment under the direction and control of the Managing Assessor.

Please contact your local Quality Centre for further details on the Internal Review process

Profile
Profile is an alternative assessment service for Recognised companies, irrespective of size or complexity. Instead of a conventional post recognition review, organisations can choose to be measured against the Standard, and can compare their performance with other Investor in People organisations.
