Additional recognition
The Investors in People Standard
There are 39 evidence requirements in The Standard which all
organisations need to achieve to become recognised and be able to
display the Investors in People plaque and logo. Two of these
evidence requirements only need to be met by organisations with
representative groups (for example unions and employee
representatives, so those without such groups need to meet 37
requirements).
Beyond The Standard
Organisations now have the opportunity to celebrate further
achievement. You can achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold status by
meeting additional evidence requirements from across the
framework.
Organisations that achieve:
 |
To achieve Investors in People Bronze recognition you need to
meet 26 evidence requirements beyond The Standard
|
 |
To achieve Investors in People Silver recognition you need
to meet 76 evidence requirements beyond The Standard
|
 |
To achieve Investors in People Gold recognition you need to
meet 126 evidence requirements beyond The Standard
|
We encourage those working beyond The Standard to consider
evidence requirements that link most closely to the business needs
you identify with your assessor or adviser. You can select
requirements from across the framework to achieve a cumulative
score. Your assessor will tell you what your score is and what
status you have reached.
Bronze, Silver and Gold recognition rewards organisations for
their additional achievements. This will be reflected in the
certificate you are awarded, and the logo and plaque you will be
entitled to display.
