Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award
The Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award
is a new framework designed to help organisations implement good
practice to achieve real results.
There is increasing evidence that health and wellbeing activity
has a direct relationship with improving productivity and other
bottom line benefits, including reducing absenteeism and staff
turnover and also reduced recruitment costs. Other benefits include
reduced stress, improved morale, attitudes and engagement which,
although more difficult to measure, are equally important to
business success.
This Good Practice Award builds on considerable research and
consultation with employers. This has led to the introduction of
a framework
that is practical to use and rewarding for employers and
employees.
