Stress Awareness and Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace Training

Sunderland based Investors in People International is working with idg (official Investors in People partner for the North of England) to host a training programme for line and  middle managers.  The aim of the programme is to raise awareness of the importance of effective management practice during times of change.  It has been designed to be suitable for any type pf organisation.  It will help managers to manage the change process more effectively, focusing particularly on the health and wellbeing of their employees.
