RMD Kwikform Middle East achieve Investors in People Bronze
Following a recent mandatory three year review,
RMD Kwikform Middle East has been awarded Bronze by
Investors In People (IiP) International, making it one of only a
handful of Middle East employers to achieve this
accreditation.
Investors in People is a business improvement framework, that
helps organizations meet their business targets and improve
performance. This framework operates through three core principles
- plan, do and review - which are applied throughout the business.
To achieve accreditation, businesses are assessed against a number
of criteria - this number is increased in order to achieve the
Bronze level. As part of the review RMD Kwikform was assessed on
how it plans, executes and reviews its business and how its people
work to the IiP framework to improve business performance.

Bassadone Automotive Group, Gibraltar
After achieving Investors in People Gold in November 2011
Bassadone Automotive Group recently became an Investors in People
Champion.
Although Bassadone has always been very committed to people
development, before the Investors in People award it was disjointed
and lacked consistency through the different group companies.
Lourdes Barea, HR Manager explains, 'I thought that if we went for
a quality standard that focuses on people development, we could
follow a proper framework, identify gaps and strengths and form a
strategy for improvement. The culture of the Group was already
focused on learning and the CEO was very committed to people
development and continuous improvement, so Investors in People fit
the bill perfectly'.
