How do we support you?

Utilising our experienced network of Investors in People Practitioners, we are happy to discuss the various options available based on need. We want to support and help you formulate and execute effective people and culture strategies. 

The first thing we will always do is LISTEN. We have been in existence for more than 30 years, and having worked with over 50,000 organisations, we know that people and cultural challenges can be similar, but we also understand that no two organisations are the same, and neither are the solutions we offer. 

So, it is important that we discuss and set in context why you are seeking support, where you currently are, where you want to be, and do our best to provide a tailored, bespoke solution to meet your requirements.

Bespoke Advisory Support

Our frameworks have been developed in collaboration with leading specialists and experts in their fields. Investors in People accreditations are recognised around the world and considered a global benchmark when it comes to people management and development. Outside of the accreditation assessment process, there are several ways we can utilise our frameworks to provide tailored advice and support. These include:

Signposting where improvements can be made by facilitating MAPPING exercises against the framework.

Assisting with ACTION PLANNING to drive improvement and strengthen culture and performance.

Designing and delivering WORKSHOPS to enhance internal capacity to champion change.

Survey and Diagnostic

Aligned to each of our frameworks is a comprehensive survey which is used as part of our assessment processes. Many organisations utilise these surveys as a standalone activity to help create a baseline and measure the effectiveness and impact of people and wellbeing strategies.  

The survey process is simple and straightforward to anonymously gauge peoples’ perceptions, experiences, and sentiments. We’ll present an in-depth analysis and identify areas of opportunity to shape your culture.
