Following the retention of our IIP Platinum accreditation earlier this year, we decided to enter the awards to gain further recognition for this amazing achievement as well as building pride and excitement amongst our workforce. We did win this particular award back in 2021 but as this was during COVID-19 lockdowns, the awards were held online. We’d love the opportunity to win again and have the opportunity to celebrate at such a prestigious in-person event.

ACT have had “staff happiness and engagement” as one of our four main strategic aims for many years now. Winning this award would be recognition for the effort and thought our senior leadership team, HR team and managers put in everyday to make ACT a great place to work.
ACT have been part of the IIP community since 1997 and we really value the relationship we have with our practitioner as well as the many benefits being IIP accredited brings. Members of our People (HR) team also attended the Make Work Better conference recently and came away enthused and armed with lots of relevant information and resources to further develop and embed our staff wellbeing strategy.
