Why did you enter the Investors in People 2024 Awards?

We choose to enter the Investors in People 2024 Awards because we are very proud of the progress we have made instilling our passion for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion into the heart of our culture. We believe all organisations have an obligation to do better in ensuring that every workplace is inclusive and that all employees feel a sense of belonging, and being recognised by Investors in People for our efforts and achievements within Diversity & Inclusion, would be wonderful recognition that our efforts are making a difference in leading the way.

What has it meant to you, your team, and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People 2024 Award?

It has been a fantastic endorsement of our efforts to be shortlisted for the award for Diversity and Inclusion. Investors in People are such a credible partner to work with, and they work with some other incredible companies, so to see that our efforts have stood out amongst them all makes us very proud.

What would it mean to your organisation to win an Investors in People 2024 Award?

It would mean so much to be chosen as this years winner of the Investors in People Diversity and Inclusion award. We have been proudly working really hard over the last two years to make our own business a great example of how to instill inclusion and belonging into every day practise, which in turns means diversity can thrive. We are now using our knowledge and experience to support our clients, so they too can improve their workplace practise and create the best possible environments for their people.

How important is it for your organisation to be a part of the Investors in People community and engage in awards and events like this one?

We have been long term partners with Investors in People for many years. They align with our values that people truly make the difference and should be front and centre of how you choose to lead your business, so having them as part of our support network is really important. Hearing from other companies that also truly invest in their people is a really valuable asset to us so we share best practice and keep making our workplaces a better place.
