Why did you enter the Investors in People 2024 Awards?

This past year has been incredible growth and momentum for Each Person. We’ve introduced several exciting new employee benefits, onboarded fantastic new clients, and expanded our operations globally to 45 countries. None of this would have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our amazing Each Person team! That’s why we saw this award entry as the perfect opportunity to celebrate our progress, share our exciting milestones, and highlight how we’ve grown for our clients and our team.

At Each Person, we believe in practising what we preach. This year, we’ve prioritised the wellbeing of our people more than ever, enabling us to continually enhance the quality of our offerings. Focusing on caring for our team ensures that our clients always receive the best possible service.

We entered the Investors in People 2024 Awards to showcase our values, how we embraced growth, and made a meaningful impact on both our team and our clients.

What has it meant to you, your team, and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People 2024 Award?

We are truly honoured to be recognised alongside other fantastic organisations. This acknowledgement of what we’ve accomplished this year is a powerful reminder that our hard work is making an impact, and as a company that values recognition, it means a lot to us!

It reinforces that we are on the right track by putting our people first with stand-out rewards and recognition. The whole Each Person team feels motivated and ready to continue pushing forward, making an even greater impact in the rewards and recognition sector.

What would it mean to your organisation to win an Investors in People 2024 Award?

We would, of course, be over the moon! While we’ve celebrated many internal team wins this past year, receiving recognition from such an established award would be the cherry on top. More than ever, we feel we’re in a strong position to be entering awards, confident in what we’ve achieved and proud to back this publicly. This award would not only validate our efforts but also inspire us to continue improving and growing.

How important is it for your organisation to be a part of the Investors in People community and engage in awards and events like this one?

As a company in the rewards, recognition, and employee benefits sector, our focus is on staying ahead of employees’ ever-evolving needs. A key part of this is maintaining open communication with like-minded organisations because powerful things happen when we collaborate and listen to other perspectives. When entering awards like these, it’s truly inspiring to see what other companies are achieving and to connect and learn from one another.
