We entered the Investors in People 2024 Awards to celebrate our wonderful colleagues across Hays Travel. We are proud to have previously won the Investors in People Award for Learning and Development and been shortlisted for The Award for Best Apprenticeship Programme. For 2024, we wanted to recognise how Hays Travel supports and develops our managers and leaders and provides opportunities for continuous development.
We are delighted to be shortlisted for this Investors in People 2024 Award. Receiving external recognition helps validate the efforts and passion we put into investing in our people. Our aim is to create lifelong, rewarding careers for everyone who joins the Hays Travel family and awards such as these celebrate and recognise that goal.
