As an organisation we were completely blown away by the assessment outcome that was completed by Investors in People for Making Space. We wanted to continue and recognise the hard work that everyone had done in order to achieve that outcome by nominating ourselves for the award. Just being shortlisted has meant a great deal to our teams at Making Space.
It’s absolutely incredible and amazing. Everyone feels really inspired by it. The recognition for the hard work everyone puts in day to day and the care we provide to the people we support has been greatly appreciated and we will use the inspiration to further develop.
It would be the icing on the cake and the culmination of a lot of hard work.
