It would be an incredible achievement to win an Investors in People Award and a testament to the hard work of our team members. It will further reinforce the work we are planning, recently having invested in the IIP Wellbeing accreditation and reviewing ways of increasing employee engagement across the site will motivate us to focus our efforts.
