Why did you enter the Investors in People 2025 Awards?
Learning and Development is the engine that drives our organisation forward. By entering the Investors in People Awards 2025, we aim to showcase our belief that investing in people is investing in our future. We are committed to creating opportunities for growth, empowering staff with the skills and confidence to adapt, innovate, and succeed.
For over 23 years, the IIP Framework has guided our approach to L&D. It has helped us align our People Strategy with organisational goals, while shaping annual L&D Programmes that are relevant, inclusive, and impactful. Through this framework, we have created a learning culture where personal development, leadership growth, and professional excellence are embedded into daily practice.
This entry reflects our dedication to building a progressive and modern organisation through L&D. It celebrates how we have used IIP principles to deliver structured, purposeful programmes that inspire continuous improvement. It also acknowledges the resilience of our people and the innovations we have introduced to support them during times of change.
By entering, we recognise the transformative power of L&D in building capability, confidence, and culture — and we honour the contribution of our people in making learning an integral part of who we are.
What has it meant to you, your team, and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People 2025 Award?

For leaders, it has confirmed that L&D is not simply a support function, but a driver of performance and engagement.
For our Organisational Development team, this recognition energises our mission to design and deliver future-focused programmes. Shortlisting has given us an opportunity to benchmark against world-class organisations, and to challenge ourselves to continue building innovative learning solutions.
Above all, being shortlisted proves that our learning culture is strong, sustainable, and impactful — and it inspires us to keep going further.
