We entered the The Investors in People 2025 Awards because we wanted to put a special emphasis on all of the great efforts and results achieved by our people for our people.
Our journey has been shaped by a strong belief that we can achieve great things and build our company as a great place to work if we listen to each other and take action together. So we happily welcomed the opportunity to share our story of how being a part of the Investors in People community has challenged us to go further in creating and nurturing a thriving and caring people culture.
Our certification process, and later our applications process for the awards, was a true collective effort painted with authentic enthusiasm and motivation of our employees. That is why we believe that being included in this category and potentially winning represents a crown on the efforts put in by everyone. It provides added recognition and visibility for our actions and initiatives shaped by our values and purpose.
Winning the Investors in People 2025 Award would stamp our culture of engagement, where every employee has access to the necessary tools, resources, and authority to realize the GEODIS purpose.
We are trying to cultivate and nurture a stimulating work environment, prioritizing well-being, health and safety, satisfaction, and professional development. At the same time, we put a lot of pride into empowering our teams while being attentive to diversity which really works in practice.
