We wanted to share our success and our passion for embedding ESG and sustainability into our culture. It’s already brought us impressive results, so it seemed only fitting to enter ourselves into The Investors in People 2025 Awards!
It’s meant a great deal to us as individuals, as a team and as an organisation to be shortlisted in The Investors in People 2025 Awards. ‘Putting the fun into insurance’ has been our guiding principle since being founded in 2001. It’s important to us to recognise achievement and success in a fun way – and what could be better than this?!
It would be incredible to win an Investors in People 2025 Award. We have been recognised by insurance industry accolades for our sustainability credentials, but to be singled out on the Investor in People’s stage would be the icing on the cake.
We’ve held Investors in People Gold since 2013. We see it as part of our commitment to looking after our colleagues and we’re extremely proud of it. We see its community, awards, events and its purpose of ‘making work better’ as extremely valuable, and we’re excited to be a part of it.
