Investors in People has been part of our story since the 1990s, guiding our people development journey from Health and Wellbeing Champion to Platinum. It has shaped how we support and grow our people, giving us a globally recognised framework to benchmark ourselves against and continuously improve our Partnership – one where everyone can thrive.
Entering the 2025 Awards was the natural next step in our journey. It’s about recognising the people who have brought us here and made Troup Bywaters + Anders (TB+A) LLP what it is today – a high-performing, socially and ethically responsible engineering consultancy.
From developing and nurturing the next generation of future leaders to investing in Beyond Value Chain Mitigation projects such as Rewild Carbon, the Investors in People Awards give us a platform to share our story and inspire others along the way.
It also sends a powerful message that business success and social responsibility can – and should – go hand in hand.
Our people remain at the heart of our success. Being shortlisted in the Investors in People Awards is a reflection of their dedication, passion, and commitment to doing their best and making a difference, every day.

It’s especially meaningful for our apprentices and Learning and Development team, who can see how their growth and passion are shaping our future. For our Sustainability Working Team, it’s a reminder that their commitment to driving our ESG agenda forward isn’t just benefiting our Partnership – it’s creating a wider positive impact on the natural world around us and the communities that live within it.
Being shortlisted is also fuel for our next chapter, and encourages us to keep growing, learning, and leading with purpose.
Winning would solidify everything we stand for as a Partnership.
