We entered the Investors in People 2025 Awards because we are incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built, and this is something we would love to celebrate with other organisations. Achieving the Platinum accreditation for ‘We invest in people’ was a significant milestone for us, but we didn’t want to stop there. This framework has helped us grow and continuously improve and it reaffirmed that we’re doing something truly special, and we saw the awards as an opportunity to showcase our journey, company values, and most importantly, our people.
Our culture is shaped by the passion and dedication our employees bring to work every day. Entering the awards was a way to recognise their contributions and give them a moment to feel proud of the organisation they help shape. This award isn’t just about recognition for us but about celebrating our commitment to investing in people, and a powerful reminder that when you build a strong culture, you build a strong future.
We also want to take this opportunity to thank our employees, those who have contributed ideas, embraced change, supported one another, and helped us grow into the organisation we are today.
Being shortlisted for an Investors in People 2025 Award has meant so much to us as a team. It’s a moment of pride and reflection, and for us, being shortlisted is just as big of an achievement as winning. It validates the culture we’ve built together and recognises the passion and commitment our people bring to work every day.
This recognition is especially meaningful following our recent transition to an Employee Ownership Trust. It’s a powerful reminder that our people are not just employees, they are co-owners of our future. Being shortlisted feels like a celebration of that shift, and of the values that underpin our business.
For our team, it’s a boost of morale and a chance to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come. It’s also a testament to the strength of our wellbeing strategy, which ensures our employees feel supported, valued, and empowered. From mental health resources and flexible working to meaningful benefits and open communication, we’ve worked hard to build a workplace where wellbeing is a priority, not a perk.
Being shortlisted has brought us closer together and has sparked conversations and celebrations. It’s reminded us that investing in people isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s the most powerful way to build a thriving organisation. We’re proud to be recognised alongside other organisations who share our commitment to putting people first.
Winning an Investors in People 2025 Award would be an incredible honour for our organisation. It would represent a celebration of our people-first culture and a powerful endorsement of the values we live by every day. As a service-driven business, our people are truly at the heart of everything we do and this recognition would affirm that our commitment to them is making a real and lasting impact.
At Xpedite, we strive to provide engaging and progressive opportunities that encourage personal growth and empowerment for all employees. Being shortlisted was already a proud moment, but winning would take that pride to another level. It would validate the work we’ve done to create an environment where motivation and development are prioritised and every individual feels supported to reach their full potential. This is a shared achievement and would reflect the collaboration that drives our culture forward.
To win would be a moment of celebration for every person in our organisation, a shared achievement that reflects our collective effort and commitment. It would inspire us to keep pushing forward and keep building a workplace where people feel proud to belong.
Being part of the Investors in People community is incredibly important to us at Xpedite. It connects us with a network of businesses that share our commitment to putting people first and that shared purpose continues to inspire and challenge us to grow. Engaging in awards and events like this one gives us the opportunity to reflect on our journey, celebrate our progress, and learn from others who are equally passionate about creating exceptional workplaces.
The Investors in People framework has helped us shape and strengthen our culture, and being part of this community keeps us focused on continuous improvement. It reinforces our belief that investing in people is not just good practice, it’s essential to long-term success. These events also give us a platform to share our story and stay connected to evolving best practices in people development.
We’re especially grateful for the support and guidance we’ve received from Ciara our Investors in People Practitioner. Her insight and encouragement throughout our accreditation journey have been invaluable.
Being involved in the Investors in People community is more than just participation, it’s a commitment to excellence, a celebration of our people, and a chance to keep building a workplace where everyone can thrive.
