About the role

We are looking for someone with a proven digital marketing background with a minimum experience of 4 years.  

The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about digital developments, marketing and communications, that likes to keep abreast of new trends and developments, and has the capability to manage and coordinate multi-channel communication strategies from inception through execution to completion.

You will report to Head of Marketing & Sales.


Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage website development and restructure – evolve an insight user journey - create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Research new online media opportunities and trends that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
  • Design website banners and web visuals;
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting;
  • Manage and strategies all paid media efforts (Adwords, Social Media platforms etc.) 
  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies;
  • Strategies, manage and execute lead generation activities;
  • Work with colleagues to ensure an integrated marketing approach mixing digital and traditional marketing to support lead conversion
  • Collaborate with team members to build and maintain our social media presence, find ways to generate high quality leads from social media platforms
  • Become the marketing and sales champion for eCRM use and optimisation
  • Work with the wider team to define marketing strategy and full year plans
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis that demonstrate an effective return on investment from activities and initiatives against set goals and targets (KPIs & sales targets);

Skills and experience

  • Expert digital marketing knowledge covering areas including: Social Media, eCRM, digital display
  • Established in managing Paid Media Campaigns
  • Understanding of content based strategies and inbound marketing – particularly lead nurturing and site optimisation
  • Understanding of UX principles
  • Html understanding and editing skills
  • An ability to understand complex systems and technologies (e.g. Drupal, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Able to self-organise and work at pace; quickly understanding priorities and to produce results.
  • Display evidence of strong strategic and analytical skills, with an excellent approach to problem solving
  • Creative and innovative thinker who is not afraid to develop and test ideas
  • Confident in cross-functional working
  • Technical thinker who can pick up new systems and technologies quickly
  • Experience working with / interfacing with developers
  • Flexible and dynamic problem solver
  • Possess an ability to understand and identify user journeys for lead gathering
  • Experience of working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
