Outcomes and objectives of the session:
Internal Review is an alternative approach to Investors in People assessment where you have the opportunity to actively involve your own people - developing them to stand back and look objectively at how different areas of your organisation are doing.
With development opportunities for your team members, Internal Review offers the chance to work with an experienced IIP Practitioner to collect and collate feedback from your people providing a rewarding and insightful approach - both for your internal review team and organisation as a whole.
This open two day Internal Reviewer Training course is specifically designed to develop knowledge of the sixth generation Investors in People Standard and the role of the Internal Reviewer - using workshop based learning as well a series of practical exercises to monitor capability, embed learning and establish team dynamics prior to any assessment activity.
- Gain the necessary knowledge and understanding of the Investors in People Standard to support the assessment process including a background to the Standard and getting to know the indicators
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the Internal Reviewer role and how this supports the Managing Practitioner including the assessment process and OCRE methodology
- Ensure you are a confident ambassador for the IIP brand within your organisation
