We first learnt about the IIP Standard in 2007. Our Company had been the holder of numerous certificates, but none in the area of human resources management. We therefore took advantage of this unique opportunity to examine what levels we achieve in regard to our processes/standards in all the areas of HR.

Our aim concerning IIP was to determine our current status in the area of HR and, based on the detailed indicators of the IIP Standard, identify opportunities for our improvement and further development. Investors in People also serves as a regular audit for us.
