The senior managers of Q2 were initially attracted to Investors in People because it is an international standard and being accredited would be an indication to clients that it is a quality oriented company. Continuing to maintain the standard and aim for gold was motivated by a desire to show commitment to both clients and employees that Q2 is constantly striving for excellence.
