ACOSVO have used the Skills for Growth programme to help them change their company staffing structure, and feel that they are able to offer an enhanced service to their members as a result. As a direct result of going theough the Skills for Growth programme, ACOSVO decided to become IIP recognised, and achieved the Accreditation in December 2013. Changing our ethos to be much more about continuous improvement and looking at how to get the best out of our staff and our people has been the biggest impact of how we work internally
