Oxford City Council is the elected body for Oxford. In partnership with others, they provide a wide range of services for approximately 152,000 residents, 106,000 people who work in Oxford and around 9.5 million people who visit the city every year. In 2009, Oxford City Council embarked on a journey to move from Good to Great with the vision of 'Building a world class city for everyone'. Part of this included attaining the Investors in People award.
West Hampstead Women's Centre (WHWC) is a charity that has been working in Kilburn Ward in the London Borough of Camden for 30 years. Their aim is to empower women emotionally, socially and economically and encourage them to fulfill their potential. At WHWC women can access services for their health, personal development, safety, skill-based education, holistic therapies and support when they are in crisis.
AmicusHorizon are a housing association with 28,000 homes in the South East of England. providing affordable housing to over 60,000 residents in London, Kent and Sussex. They work to improve the lives of residents through award-winning community programmes and training schemes. AmicusHorizon were accredited with IIP in December 2011 and immediately received Gold. AmicusHorizon have also recently achieved Gold again using their own in-house assessment team.
