For 35 years, Investors in People has championed organisations and individuals who share one goal to Make Work Better.
The Investors in People Awards 2025 marked this incredible milestone with a night of celebration, connection and inspiration at Old Billingsgate, London on the 12th of November 2025.
This year’s winners represented every sector, every size and every region united by a shared belief that when we invest in people, we all thrive.
A Message from Paul Devoy, CEO, Investors in People
At this year’s Investors in People Awards, CEO Paul Devoy reminded us why we gather – not just to hand out trophies, but to celebrate a powerful idea, “when you invest in people, everything gets better.”
Paul praised the organisations in the room for choosing a different path, “one defined by leadership, learning and long-term commitment”. Together, they’ve created a legacy: hundreds of organisations investing in people for more than two decades, employing hundreds of thousands worldwide. He celebrated the global community that came together from over a dozen countries, the team who brought the night to life, and the bold, creative spirit that defines the Investors in People family.
There are more than 1.2 million people in the Investors in People community – a network with a long track record of demonstrating measurable impact against the highest standards of people management and employee wellbeing. Among them, 394 organisations have been with us for 25 years or more, employing over 200,000 people, while 970 organisations have remained part of our community for over 20 years, employing nearly 400,000 people. On average, organisations stay with Investors in People for around 14 years, reflecting a deep, long-term commitment to making work better.
Paul’s message was clear, “The stories we tell tonight will become the standards others reach for tomorrow. When you invest in people, you make work – and life – better.”
