
Investors in People appoints Katherine Chapman as the new Chief Executive Officer. She will step into the role on 1st June.

Katherine rings extensive experience from her role as Executive Director of the Living Wage Foundation. Over the last ten years, she has worked with employers, industry leaders and policymakers to champion high-quality work and drive meaningful improvements in pay, productivity and workplace standards across the UK. Her expertise in business, skills and social impact aligns strongly with our mission to make work better and support organisations to build high-performing, people-first cultures.”
Katherine’s appointment follows the planned retirement of current CEO, Paul Devoy. Ian Deninson added “Under Paul’s leadership, Investors in People successfully transitioned from a government-owned and funded scheme to a thriving, independent and sustainable Community Interest Company, focused on delivering its purpose to Make Work Better. We are deeply grateful for his contribution and the legacy he leaves.”
