Built for your culture, not against it
One of the most common questions international organisations ask us is whether a framework developed in the UK can genuinely reflect how they work. The answer is yes, and it’s built into how we operate.
Our practitioners take time to understand what is distinctive about your organisation: your priorities, the changes you’re navigating, your ways of working and your culture. The framework provides a consistent structure, and your practitioner brings the cultural understanding needed to apply it meaningfully.
Investors in People International works with organisations from locally focused businesses and national institutions through to complex multinational groups. Our international community includes global logistics and aerospace businesses alongside government entities, financial institutions, manufacturers, hospitality groups, education providers and public sector organisations.
These organisations don’t share an identical culture, context or way of working. What they share is a commitment to their people, a desire to keep improving, and an interest in understanding what their people practices are actually achieving.
The same journey, wherever you are
When you work with Investors in People International, the core activities are consistent wherever you’re based.
Your practitioner engages with your leaders to understand your vision and ambitions. Your people take part in an assessment survey to share their experience, and your practitioner speaks directly with a representative cross-section of your workforce. The evidence gathered is assessed against the same global standard, and your results are benchmarked against our global community.
Accreditation is awarded at Standard, Silver, Gold or Platinum, according to the maturity demonstrated across the framework. The journey continues from there, with your practitioner working alongside you as an independent partner in continuous improvement.
Your context will be different. The standard, and the commitment to your growth, is the same.
