We are thoroughly delighted to announce that Trinnovo Group has been shortlisted for the Investors in People UK Employer of the Year: Platinum at The Investors in People Awards 2022.

The Investors in People (IIP) Awards are the touchstone for excellency in people management, and for over 30 years, IIP have been celebrating organisations that empower their employees with the means to flourish at every opportunity. 

Earlier this year, we were granted the prestigious IIP Platinum Accreditation, the top-tier award that’s held by just 1% of accredited organisations worldwide, a milestone achievement on our journey to build a better working world for everyone.

Ever since we embarked on our mission to build diversity, create inclusion, and encourage workplace innovation, we have been guided by our people-first methodology – to be recognised by IIP’s top mark is a testament to our continued dedication to self-improvement and our passion for nurturing thought leaders.

How We did It

Only by consistently measuring our progress can we hope to make meaningful progression. Trinnovo offers a wealth of opportunities for employees to evaluate and grow their careers – we want everyone to succeed, and our DEIB- (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) led approach to creating supportive working environments enables us to empower every individual.

Our recent implementations include:

  • Monthly Personal Development Plans (PDP) – PDPs allow us to get to know the needs and goals of our employees, to make any necessary adjustments, and to assess behaviours at all levels.
  • A Hybrid Working Model/Flexi Hours – The world of work is evolving, and we intend to evolve with it. Our hybrid working model and flexi hours provide our employees with the autonomy and responsibility they need to thrive.
  • Impact Reporting – For a purpose-led business, measuring impact is critical to mission success. Our inaugural impact report helps us to hold ourselves accountable and to communicate our progress, both internally and externally,
  • Reproductive Care Coverage for our U.S. Employees – We provide coverage for out-of-state travel and accommodation for our U.S. employees who cannot safely access reproductive care locally.
  • Leadership Programmes – Our various leadership programmes (Advanced leadership programme, Future Leaders Programme) are designed to nurture change makers, to inspire, motivate, and to ensure Trinnovo’s values are aligned with those of our employees.
