Unity Online is a full-service digital agency spanning SEO, online advertising, social media, web design, copywriting and more. The company was formed in 2014 and are based in Suffolk serving a nationwide client base. Unity Online have been shortlisted for the Award for Employee Engagement at the 2022 Investors in People Awards.
Why did you enter the Awards?
Investment in our staff has been the cornerstone to our success here at Unity Online. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to unleash their potential – just like our clients.
We invest heavily in training opportunities for all our staff and provide them with the tools they need to grow. We are already seeing the fruits of our labour flourish, with many of our incredible staff working their way up to account manager status within just six months of joining us.
To be awarded for that hard work would not just be great for us as a business, but would be a testament to their incredible journeys too.
What was the key point of your entry?
The fast-paced progression at Unity Online is a clear sign of the time and monetary investment that we put into our staff. So many of our team have joined us at the very start of their careers but have quickly risen through the ranks to manager status, and are playing huge roles in putting our name on the national map.
We put that at the heart of our entry as we really could not be prouder of the work they are achieving.
What would it mean to you to win?
Seeing the benefits of our investment and training programmes is a blessing in itself, but to win an Investors in People award would be a real sign of just how far we have come as a business.
We want to show employers across the country that their staff are their most valuable asset, and that every employer should take the time and effort to make sure they grow alongside you for the benefit of yourself, your business and your clients.
Our amazing team are the reason we find ourselves where we are today, and winning an award would be the perfect way to showcase the amazing work we have achieved together.
