Why did you enter the Investors in People 2023 Awards?

At Fitwise we are incredibly proud of our IIP Accreditation and our staff and thought entering the IIP awards was the ideal opportunity for us to celebrate both!  The Award for Reward and Recognition felt like a great fit for Fitwise which made the entry process pretty straightforward.

What has it meant to you, your team and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People 2023 Award?

Fitwise was shortlisted for the Award for Reward and Recognition. As a small company (26 staff) who were hugely affected by the pandemic, our budgets are tight.  We have had to think creatively about our Reward and Recognition programme, and we are immensely proud of this acknowledgement of our hard work and investment.

What would it mean to your organisation to win an Investors in People 2023 Award?

We are delighted to have been shortlisted, and we are amongst such impressive company.  Winning would absolutely be the icing on the cake, and we are excited to attend the ceremony.

How important is it for your organisation to be a part of the Investors in People community and engaged in awards and events like this one?

As an employee owned company, we are incredibly people centric,  which is evidenced by our Platinum Investors in People accreditation which was awarded  in March 2021.  We are incredibly proud of to be part of the IIP community, it is very important for our staff and our clients.
