Why did you enter the Investors in People 2023 Awards? 

We entered the Investors in People Awards as an opportunity to highlight our role in empowering our workforce and training our people for the overall success of stc Bahrain. The award is a prestigious achievement that recognizes the importance of investing in the people behind the services and products to encourage innovation, creativity and maximize on continuous success.

What has it meant to you, your team and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People 2023 Award? 

We are proud to be shortlisted for this award as it signifies our commitment to employee growth and development through prioritizing a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement. It is a recognition of our investment into our workforce, through developing a hybrid program that focuses on a 70-20-10 learning approach that encompasses guided and experiential learning.
