Why did you enter the Investors in People 2023 Awards?

At Minor Weir & Willis, our core values have always revolved around excellence, continuous improvement, and a commitment to our employees’ growth and well-being. We believe that nurturing our workforce is not just a responsibility, but key is helping us to grow our business.

The Investors in People Awards has gained widespread recognition for celebrating organisations that prioritise employee development, engagement, and organisational excellence. In which the criteria for the Investors in People Awards closely mirror our internal benchmarks for success. In that it assesses factors like leadership, employee engagement, learning and development, and continuous improvement, all of which resonate deeply with our company values and our focus on our people.

Over the past few years, we have introduced several innovative employee development programs, increased employee engagement scores from 48% to 87%, and witnessed tangible improvements in our operational efficiency.
