Why did you enter the Investors in People 2023 Awards? 

We’re proud of our People First values and approach to how we operate. As our most valuable stakeholder, we wanted to show the team just how vital each and every one of them is in creating a place where so many want to work. After all, it’s our people that make us who we are. 

 What has it meant to you, your team and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People 2023 Award? 

To be shortlisted is an honour and shows our team, suppliers, clients and contractors that we do truly live our values; that we invest in being somewhere people want to build their professional career. 

 What would it mean to your organisation to win an Investors in People 2023 Award? 

To be named among so many other incredible businesses in the shortlist has been a huge achievement in itself, but winning the award would truly demonstrate that what we do, what we create, and how we invest in our people is the best around.  

 How important is it for your organisation to be a part of the Investors in People community and engaged in awards and events like this one? 

Being part of IIP isn’t simply so we can add the logo to our website and letterhead. It means something. It’s a clear demonstration that we hold ourselves to the highest possible standard, and continually strive to improve, develop and adapt for the good of all of our people.
