Why did you enter the Investors in People 2023 Awards?

We entered because we were invited to enter, and we felt this was a huge honour and privilege.

What has it meant to you, your team and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People 2023 Award?

We are absolutely thrilled. At Happy we truly believe our people are at the heart of everything we do, and everything we achieve. This shortlisting is recognition of our ongoing work to create a great place to work where everyone feels included, valued and joyful.

What would it mean to your organisation to win an Investors in People 2023 Award?

It would mean absolutely everything to us – the honour and external recognition that we are getting it right for our people and role modelling what is possible when you have a fabulous team that is inspired to do their best every day for each other, and for our clients.

How important is it for your organisation to be a part of the Investors in People community and engaged in awards and events like this one?

It is very important for us to have this kudos and we are especially grateful for all of the support from our amazing consultant Javier, who supports and challenges to always strive to be even better.
