Logixal is a technology managed service provider (MSP) that helps companies leverage technology for best-in-class solutions. The company is based in Shoreditch with 27 employees.

We spoke to CEO Daniel Hoile about what winning would mean to their team and gained a few insights into life at Logixal. 

Why did you enter The Investors in People Awards 2021?

We entered and have been shortlisted in the ‘Employer of the Year: Platinum (2-49 employees’ category).

We entered to celebrate being awarded Platinum status this year and celebrate our amazing journey with Investors in People. 

The IIP framework enabled us to build a business underpinned by a culture in every team; our Logixal family is valued, supported, feels inspired and contributes to the bigger picture. 

Are there any goals or challenges you hope an award will help you achieve or solve?

The IIP framework and achieving Platinum IIP status has already helped us with the growth and transformational journey we have been on for the past 12 months to take the business to a new level.  

We have invested in cutting-edge technology, a rebrand, a new website,  expanded our services to make us fully managed service providers, achieved ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 accreditations in new– and we could not have done this without our exceptional people. 

The IIP framework of excellence gave us the structure to create a high-performing culture while ensuring our staff were inspired, motivated and received the support, nurturing and training they needed to succeed. As we continue with our exciting growth plans, winning the Award will further accelerate that. 

Tell us what distinguishes you from other companies in the category you’re shortlisted in.

Logixal’s purpose, vision, and objectives are embedded in every team member as our culture is clear and easy to understand. From day one, our staff know the ‘Logixal way of doing things’, which translates into exceptional customer service. 

Our people regularly comment on being part of the ‘Logixal Family’. We encourage our people to make their own decisions and to use their initiative to make things right. We have developed a high-performing culture where we identify individuals and reward them and consistently strive for feedback to make our business a better place to work.

What does being shortlisted mean to everyone at your company?

The ‘Logixal family’ employees are so excited! In true Logixal spirit, we will attend the online award ceremony together as a whole company.

What would it mean to win? 

We would be incredibly honoured to win such a prestigious award. It would be a true celebration and recognition of our commitment to our people and all the hard work we put in to look after them. 

How does being shortlisted benefit your customers?
