Freshly inspired by our Make Work Better conference, the Investors In People team recently met to discuss and update our values. The day was led by our People Director, Beth Samson. Last year, Investors in People teamed up with the University of Exeter and Channel 4 to get some hard data on how much of a problem the Sunday Night Blues is for the UK workforce. The preliminary research was published earlier this year, and just recently Exeter University’s Exeter Expertise podcast Investors in People CEO, Paul Devoy, Professor Ilke Inceoglu, of the University of Exeter Business School , and Channel 4’s People Director, Kirstin Furber to find out more on the subject.
