Why did you enter the Investors in People 2023 Awards?
Entering the Investors in People Awards has given us the opportunity to be recognised for our commitment to doing ‘whatever it takes’ for our colleagues – something that underpins everything we do at Auger.

What has it meant to you, your team and your organisation to be shortlisted for an Investors in People Award 2023?
One of our key company goals is to promote an employee-oriented culture, where all our people feel valued and supported. We are really proud to have been shortlisted for UK Employer of the Year and the Reward & Recognition awards, as it highlights the positive impact of our commitment to caring for our colleagues, and recognises Auger as a great place to work.

How important is it for your organisation to be a part of the Investors in People community and engaged in awards and events like this one?
Being part of the Investors in People community allows us to connect with other likeminded businesses who are equally as dedicated to their teams’ development; through such interactions we’re able to reflect on and enhance our approach to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of support to our colleagues.
